Inconel 625 Pipe
Inconel 625 tubing is a high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy tube capable of withstanding extreme temperatures and corrosive media.It is therefore widely used in demanding environments such as aerospace,chemical processing,marine engineering,and oil and gas.It maintains stable performance across both low and high temperature conditions,exhibiting resistance to oxidation,pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking to meet stringent industrial requirements.
Key Characteristics
Inconel 625 is a nickel-based alloy strengthened with molybdenum and niobium (tantalum).
Inconel 625 pipe exhibits high strength,delivering superior tensile strength and fatigue strength without requiring precipitation hardening.
It demonstrates excellent resistance to pitting,crevice corrosion and chloride stress corrosion cracking,even in seawater environments.
Operational performance spans from cryogenic temperatures to approximately 2000°F (1093°C).
Inconel 625 offers good weldability and formability.
