Hastelloy C276 Tubings
We make Hastelloy C276 Tubings
Our corrosion-resistant Hastelloy C276 Tubings are available in both welded and seamless forms. We offer multiple alloy grades and specifications, including standard lengths, custom lengths, and U-bends.
Hastelloy C276 Tubing is a high-performance nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy tubing material. It exhibits outstanding corrosion resistance, particularly in harsh environments, reducing media, chloride corrosion, high temperatures, crevice corrosion and pitting corrosion. This tubing is widely used in industrial sectors such as chemical processing, petrochemicals, flue gas desulfurization, and papermaking.
UNS N10276,strictly requires extremely low carbon (≤0.01%) and silicon (≤0.08%) content.

Typically certified in accordance with EN 10204 3.1.
NW0276,NW stands for Nickel Wrought, and 0276 directly corresponds to the last four digits of the UNS designation.

Main Components and Characteristics
Hastelloy C276 Tubings are versatile, high-performance alloy tubing, serving as one of the preferred materials for tackling a wide range of highly challenging corrosion issues.
Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum Alloy
Containing high proportions of nickel, molybdenum, and chromium, with the addition of tungsten, it resists corrosion in both oxidizing and reducing environments.
Excellent corrosion resistance
Resistant to various corrosive media including wet chlorine, chlorides, sulfuric acid, brine, and organic acids (such as formic acid and acetic acid).
Resistance to
pitting and crevice corrosion
The high molybdenum content makes it particularly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion.
Stress Corrosion Cracking Resistance
Use this space to add a medium length description. Be brief and give enough information to earn their attention.
Excellent weldability
Low carbon content and special constituents prevent the formation of harmful intergranular precipitates after welding, thereby maintaining corrosion resistance.
Common Types of Hastelloy C276 Tubings
Our Hastelloy C276 tubing can be categorized into seamless tubing and welded tubing. This type of pipe typically complies with international standards such as ASTM B622 (seamless) or ASTM B619/B626 (welded).

Welded Hastelloy C276 Tubings
In contrast, hastelloy C-276 welded tubes are produced by rolling hastelloy C-276 plate or strip into a spiral form, then welding the longitudinal seam using either a filler metal or self-fusion welding process. The primary advantages of welded tubes lie in their typically lower production costs compared to seamless tubes, as well as the ability to produce larger diameters and specific wall thicknesses.
Seamless Hastelloy C276 Tubings
Seamless hastelloy C-276 tubes are manufactured directly from solid bars or tube blanks through processes such as hot rolling, cold drawing or cold rolling.Their most distinctive feature is the complete absence of weld seams along the entire length of the tube.By eliminating the potential weaknesses associated with welded joints, seamless tubes offer superior structural integrity and higher pressure resistance.
